For sure one of the most beautiful places in the world, starting from Positano till the end of the coast, around each corner you can see something special, the view is amazing, the color of the sea, of the sky, of the mountains are gorgeous, but don't think that the Amalfi coast is just a beautiful place, this area, is also rich in history. Positano, charming little village built into the mountain, full of colors, the blue of the see, the gray of the pebble beach, the white of the houses and the green and violet of the bougainvillea flowers that surround the whole village. The narrow streets full of shops is something that you can't miss. Amalfi was the most powerful italian maritime republic, rivalling Pisa, Genova and Venice. Another thing to visit in Amalfi is the Museum of handmade paper, the Amalfitans learned the way to make paper from the arabs. Ravello is a small village on top of the hill from where you can enjoy the best view of the Amalfi coast. Thanks to its breathtaking landscape, Ravello inspired many artists. Richard Wagner wrote the famous opera “Parsifal” in Villa Rufolo, which is one of the most beatiful villa in Ravello.
